First, we wanted to bring a family filled hobby to the Rockford area. A place where Moms, Dads, and kids of all ages could come and enjoy a day outdoors! Race Em always encourages Children to come experience a “Real Life Video Game”. We realize our children are our future. So Race Em strives to build morals, respect for one another, and discipline in our children today! Secondly, we wanted to create something where we could give back to the community. Everyday Race Em is thinking of new ways to give back. For instance, we are always trying to raise funds for Local and National Charities. Race Em pairs up with other area tracks to make good things happen!
Race Em R/C is working very hard to bring you a fun filled racing season! We thought we ended last year on a strong note, well we are planning on doing it even bigger this year!!We have big races planned through out the season. Starting June 3rd, Cronies Trophy race. Fully sponsored by Cronies Bar & Grill in Machesney Park IL. Awards for all class winners and Cronies is even putting on a wing eating contest!! Many many awards for this day!! Don’t miss it!Then a 2 race points series starts June 23rd. Between Cheese City Extreme and Race Em R/C. But this isn’t any ordinary series. We are “Racing for St. Jude’s!” Not only are we racing to raise funds to donate, but we are also raising money to fund a trip to two St. Jude’s housing projects in Memphis TN. We are actually taking a portable R/C track to Memphis for the children and their families can race our very own trucks! You can not miss these race dates!! So, June 23rd at Cheese City, and August 11th at Race Em!Kevin Kresinger is also working on a big Enduro race at Race Em R/C. This race will benefit a local charity here in the Rockford area. More info to come on this race!Then We promise to end it with another Awards Banquet! As I personally thought that was one of the best days in Race Em History!!So, just hold on for another few months as Race Em prepares to shock you on what we are doing as a club for the world, and community!
